EE has announced A1 Comms as the winner of its coveted Best Retailer award for the third consecutive year, as well as the Best for Service award for the first time. A1 Comms was presented with both accolades at EE’s annual Indirect Retail Partner Awards event – located this year at 100 Wardour Street, London – for its performance against a number of metrics, including sales volume, customer satisfaction and compliance standards to name a few. Paul Sisson, CEO of A1 Comms, said: “I’m incredibly proud of the team here, who’s hard work and dedication has helped us win these awards. “Every year we strive to deliver the very best experience to our customers, working closely with key partners like EE to achieve the high standards that we expect as a business. So, to be officially recognised, once again, as EE’s Best Retailer and now Best for Service, we couldn’t be happier.” A1 Comms is EE’s only partner to win the Best Retailer award in consecutive years, having retained it year-on-year since 2016. One consideration that the telecommunication business consistently delivered on in 2018 is customer satisfaction, with just 0.08 complaints per 1000 customers.
