A1 Comms engages network partnerships and IT integration capabilities to provide the Samsung UK online store with network connectivity on pay monthly tariffs.

DERBYSHIRE, UK – 15 April 2020 – A1 Comms Ltd. announces the integration of its connected mobile solution with Samsung.com, enabling customers to purchase a pay monthly connected mobile phone directly from Samsung’s online UK store.

The integration, developed in-house at A1 Comms, enables Samsung.com to offer tariffs on the UK’s most popular networks available to purchase across its range of mobiles, including the flagship Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 5G, S20+ 5G and S20 Ultra 5G.

As the only mobile phone and telecoms business in partnership with the UK’s four biggest networks, and an in-house team of experienced IT developers who were recently tapped directly for advice by Google, A1 Comms can offer Samsung.com a comprehensive pay monthly mobile solution, consisting of a tailored commercial model that utilises Samsung’s own stock, complete with competitive tariffs and a fully integrated API to automate the process from end-to-end.

Mark Eldridge, Head of Business Development at A1 Comms, commented, “We’re really excited to be collaborating with Samsung on what we envisage being a hugely successful proposition for them. Having the ability to offer pay monthly contracts means Samsung’s customers get more choice than ever, without having to shop around.”

Samsung chose A1 Comms’ connected mobile solutions platform to access the 14 million pay monthly transactions that occur each year in the UK. They can now provide their customers with a wide range of competitive tariff options from just £17 a month, all under one roof.

Nick White, Online Director at Samsung UK, added, “At Samsung, we believe it’s important to listen to our customers’ needs and deliver simple solutions where we can. This is why we decided to launch pay monthly contracts on Samsung.com which our customers would usually have to source elsewhere.”
