Due to an exciting period of growth, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a full time, permanent Telesales Executive to join our dedicated business to business team based in Alfreton. This role is ideal for someone with previous EE Business experience looking to grow and develop their career within the telecoms sector.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Basic salary of £19,000 – £22,000 per annum
  • Commission – realistic OTE £40,000 (uncapped commission structure)

THE ROLE

As a Telesales Executive, you will work in conjunction with senior sales team to create sales opportunities for Yappl’s range of next generation connectivity and voice solutions. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, qualifying clients, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Advisor:

  • Maximise revenue and gross profit by creating, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with existing clients
  • Maintain a pipeline, call backs and all aspects of the customer sales process
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPI’s
  • Follow up E-Shots and other marketing activities / campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for incremental revenue for Mobile Broadband and VoIP
  • Record all activities in the CRM system and work with your Sales Manager to stack deals
  • Ensure all procedures, rules and regulatory compliance standards are consistently achieved

THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience with EE Business
  • Previous experience within a target-driven sales position
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive approach
  • Fantastic listening skills
  • A positive and pro-active attitude, with the ability to stay focused when under pressure
  • Confidence to overcome and handle objections
  • Computer literate including CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Capable of ensuring all procedures, rules and regulatory standards are achieved
