THE ROLE:

Reporting to the PPC Manager, this role will see you managing and optimising pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for our ecommerce business. You will be working across a variety of platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining AdGoups and Campaigns
  • Analysing campaign performance
  • Manging bids and budgets to ensure effective spend
  • Conducting keyword search
  • Managing keywords and negative words
  • Writing advert creative to drive high click-through rates
  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting

THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON:

We’re looking for a talented and analytical individual, with a real passion for digital marketing and the ability to evaluate data and optimise campaigns. Having a creative and well-considered approach to projects is key, as is the ability to manage time effectively and adapt to new technologies and platforms.

Key skills and experience required:

  • GCSE Maths and English — higher qualifications in a related field such as marketing, advertising, or business would be beneficial
  • Prior experience working with Paid Search platforms, or working within a Digital Marketing Team
  • An understanding of the principles of paid search marketing
  • Able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary
  • Highly organised, with the ability to accurately manage the various elements of PPC campaigns such as copy, budget, and targeting
  • Possessing Google Ads Certification would be advantageous (alternatively passing Google Ads Certification within 6 months required)
  • Knowledge and experience of Google Analytics desirable
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and a desire to stay up to date on industry trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
