We recognise that different people need different things from learning and development opportunities, so whilst our training and development plans are tailored for some areas of the business, in others they are more bespoke. Our contact centre training, for example, is second to none, whether you’re a Sales Executive or Customer Service Advisor. But whatever area of the business you work in, there’s no standing still!
